The CEV@US is delighted to announce the School of Optometry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham as the latest Center for Evidence-Based Vision Care, an initiative that demonstrates their commitment to evidence-based medicine by building a critical mass of highly skilled investigators (Andrew Pucker, Rohit Dhakal, Jason Nichols, Keyur Savla, Darian Travis) who publish Cochrane systematic reviews. They have been essential in contributing to our portfolio of up-to-date systematic reviews that inform eye care, by making the reviews publicly available to patients, clinicians and other decision makers.
